This commercial development, comprising of an office complex and a distribution warehouse, is situated on a sloping site with great northern exposure. Integral to the functioning of the site is the manner in which the slope can be manipulated to enable ease of traffic and creation of usable pedestrian space and parking facilities.

The main entrance is situated at the office complex, with a sloped road entering into a roundabout with a stone clad raised planter, and a forest of Fever Trees. The office complex has been designed around a system of terraces, which rise up to the parking area which in turn is split into two terraces. The main façade of the building will look across to a stone clad water feature separated by floating concrete stairs, with dense indigenous tree planting on either side of the structure.

The hard landscaping utilises natural stone, wood floated concrete paths, exposed aggregate pavers and balau timber, whilst the soft landscaping is a blend of indigenous grasses and perennials which thrive in the Highveld climate.
